Picture
2018 Poetry Slam Guest artist and 2019 Headline Poet Myrlin Hepworth was named Arizona Humanity Council’s rising star for his work as youth advocate and teaching artist.
The Poetry Slam is Friday, Sept 20, 2019 in front of Beale Street Brews in Kingman, AZ.
Everything about this event is free (except the coffee!). Be part of the audience for free too. Not sure you want to participate but you would love to share a poem? Sure you can participate. That's why we have open mic at 5pm.

Open Mic, free, starts at 5pm
Poetry Slam contestants may use this for warmup. Non-contestants may also participate.

a total of four poems to cover each of three elimination rounds, plus the finalist round.
